JW: Firstly, Lets start with who your main influences in pro wrestling were? Konnan: "was not influenced by any wrestlers...was a fan as a kid but did not grow up wanting to be a wrester..."
JW: how did your beginning in wrestling come along? Konnan: "a wrestling fan tricked me into thinking he was a wrestler and convinced me to try it..."
JW: What are some of your favourite matches from your well traveled career? Konnan: "To many to mention...my retirement match in 94 which broke the all time gate record in mexico..."
JW: What is the proudest moment in your career? Konnan: "Starting my own company called Crash and helping mold guys like Mysterio, psychosis, juventud, pentagon, fenix, taya, and others..."
JW: Which style/s of pro wrestling are your favourite to watch and to work? Konnan: "i loved chain wrestling, lucha and strong style...and to watch i like all types of wrestling from comedy to womens.."
JW: How did founding The Crash wrestling promotion come about? Konnan: "got tired of the politics and bulls**t and ineptness all across the business so instead of complaining i opened my own company..."
JW: Are there any plans of getting your promotions shows televised? Konnan: "we are negotiating on getting TV or a digital channel"
