Is NXT going against the grain? (05/07/2015)

The original concept of NXT was a tough enough-esque type of contest, Except with stupid and humiliating tasks like obstacle courses and keg tossing, With the winner getting a contract with the WWE, but when almost everyone of the first series of NXT joined the WWE roster it made the whole concept look pointless. So after a few series later, the concept changed and it became a promotion in its own right and its intention was to test out and grow new stars ready to be either released if they were not what the WWE wanted or they would be brought up to the main roster.

As Time went by it started to show and display a real promotion feel by having its own titles and divisions, Which is a great way to get new talents ready by getting them used to the big leagues and being the face of a company, but now the ideology how changed dramatically with NXT filling up with old names and established stars such as Rhyno and Brian Kendrick and many other wrestlers of the past joining. While it can be seen as enhancing the talents by having them work with big names but those positions that the veterans are taking could be filled by someone who actually deserves that opportunity, and there are thousands of wrestlers just praying and waiting for the chance to get an opportunity like that to show the world and the talent scouts what talents they have.

So if rumours are correct, the WWE want to get even more old established wrestlers to join NXT, So does that mean that NXT will become another place for old talent?
