Q&A (#2) IMPACT SHAKEUP, THE FINAL ONE

"Impact Wrestling is now at peace with itself, they has rebuilt bridges that were torn down over the years that proved to be costly ones, such as AAA, and just relations with other promotions period. Even WWE have learned that they cant survive anymore without the assistance of the independent circuit. They have finally found their niche in the wrestling place at last after many years of identity struggles. Impact has been mocked for it's several brand changes over the years, but this latest one has laid the foundations that will stay the distance. It has taken a while to do, But with a new line-up of new brains and new approaches, Impact and Anthem are here to stay and here to make that global footprint at last.

Many doubters feel that another change will come or that the end is nigh, but Anthem have saved this company from the WCW and ECW fate of ending up as a section on the WWE Network....$9.99 folks!

Will Anthem sell the Impact tape library? No. with it's approach to using it's owned footage and making use of it themselves, even if the worst did happen and Impact were to be sold, Anthem would still keep the tape library for it's fight Network. I've read recently the likes of Barry Windham and countless Impact haters saying that WWE will buy the company and/or the tape library, But why would Anthem sell the library when it has the Fight Network, which is designed for content such as the TNA archive? Turner Broadcasting made a huge mistake of selling it's WCW video library because the amount of money that could have been made from making their own compilation DVD's, Best of collections, and other's could have been a big meal ticket for the company as wrestling fans would conglomerate to get their hands on WCW nostalgia.

Impact now have the right team in place along with starting the process of regaining the fan's trust. They have the company's entire tape library on a new streaming service, along with countless other wrestling shows and companies that have begun working with Impact, Such as WrestlePro, WrestleCade, AAA, PW Noah, Border City Wrestling and many others, and they are even helping WWE and other wrestling promotions, everything that 2001 WCW could only dream of having.

One thing that people forget when they bash Impact's viewership every week is that Impact's fanbase goes much further than just American soil, It garners millions of viewers all over the globe from the UK to Brazil and from India to Africa. Just because viewership in the US may be not as high as WWE or NJPW, as a whole, Impact is doing much better than people think."
