For the fourth time in succession, The very best women wrestlers of the legendary Knockouts Division, And the very best talents that the independent circuits have to offer have united to create a night of pure entertainment without the assistance of male performers to make it a great show!, With the exception of DJZ and Mike Bennett, However they were only involved in one mixed tag match with Maria Kanellis Bennett and Gail Kim. So here we start off with the matches individually.
Firstly we start off with Allysin Kay, Now known in TNA as Sienna, Versus Gail Kim. It was a fantastic match that featured Kay dominate the legend of the Knockouts Gail Kim, As much as Kim Dominated Kay. One of the highlights of the match was Gail Kim flying off of the apron and punching Mike Bennett in the head at ringside, Which busted him wide open. Bennett and Maria were at Ringside on commentary for that match, However Maria and Mike both interfered near the end which led to Allysin getting a countout victory over Gail in what was a shocking opener to the show, And that would set the tone for the rest of the PPV.
Next up was The Beautiful People's Velvet Sky, Who took on the very excitable Cherry Bomb, Who made sure that everyone in the arena heard her scream! However, It was a highly competitive, Very enjoyable, Back and forth match that saw Cherry hook her feet on the ropes for leverage behind Senior Official Earl Hebner's back to score a low road victory over the veteran Knockout.
Up next was a very nervous and freaked out Veda Scott, Who had the unfortunate luck of being drawn to face the physcotic Rosemary, Who had the even more delusional Crazzy Steve with her at ringside. Steve played his part in the match several times, Which played to Rosemary's favour, But still, This didn't stop Veda from putting on an outstanding performance at yet another Knockouts Knockdown event for her. Also Veda's promo before her match and in the ring before her match were very entertaining, As she stumbled out the wrong words and failing to come up with a decent trash talk to intimidate her opponent, Although even if she had the Great Khali with her, I don't think she would have managed to have even made Rosemary flinch!
Now what has to one, If THE best match of the whole event was Leva Bates taking on Jade. It was Physical, Technically Sound, And has to be a 5 star bout that featured all of the key elements of a great Pro Wrestling match. The match also had its moments of humour like when the self professed "geek", Leva Bates, Threw her bowler hat at Jade like OddJob did in the James Bond film Goldfinger, But unlike OddJob, Leva's hat wasn't lined with steel, And it just bounced off of Jade as she stood there in a really funny awkward moment.
Barbi Hayden Versus Raquel was next, And although Raquel had her rough edges, I fail to see why she had such a bad review for it. Much like Rebel in the beginning, They both have to have time to develop their skills, But I do see why it is an monstrosity to someone like Barbi Hayden, And other Indie wrestlers to see someone like Raquel come in to the big time without having worked her way up through the ranks or payed her dues like Allysin Kay and Jade have had to do over the years. But as of Barbi Hayden's performance, She really displayed what a true Heel female wrestler should be, Nasty, Vicious and demeaning her opponent, Aswell as putting on a great physical performance too, Despite having her number one fan to assist her.
Then we see Marti Belle, A member of the damaged DollHouse, taking on the powerhouse, Known as Jayme Jameson. This was a brutal match for Marti as she was being thrown here, there and and everywhere by the beautiful beast, Jayme. Despite Bell being demolished by Jayme for nearly the entire match, Marti managed to pull out an out of nowhere win of massive proportions considering the domination she endured.
The Killer Queen took on Deonna, Who at first led everyone to believe she was Maddie's biggest fan, But only to attack and Blindside Madison after she shook her hand. This was a real impressive match from both, And especially Madison, Who displayed her incredible selection of roll ups and technical prowess in the six sides of the ring.
Then we see the Miracle and the First Lady of Pro Wrestling, Maria Kannellis Bennett taking on Gail Kim and her partner of her choice after Gail proposed the match earlier on that night when Maria interfered and cost Gail the Queen of the Knockouts tournament. Gail says her partner is DJZ, And we see the wind up tactics of Maria and Mike Bennett. Even with the fans behind the Yung Go Hard and the Ninja Queen, The Bennett's managed to pull out a win and for Mike Bennett it was payback for his cut he sustained earlier on courtesy of Gail Kim.
Then we have the Main event battle royale, We see Jade defeat Madison Rayne in the final two part of the match where pinfall or submission takes over from the over the top rope condition, To become the new Queen of the Knockouts. The Wrestlers eliminated in the first section of the match were Allysin Kay, Cherry Bomb, Rosemary, Barbi Hayden, Marti Bell, and Rebel. It was an exciting match that had twists and turns, And to be fair, All of the participants deserved the win because of the effort and work that went into their matches. Overall, This One Night Only PPV is without doubt an outstanding wrestling showcase event that really shun the true and under appreciated talents that are the Ladies of Professional Wrestling.
