Sid's Thoughts: On the WWE Draft (09/07/2016)

The WWE Draft, Is set to once again divide the united WWE roster, And divide in perhaps the biggest disappointment of the decade. John Cena, Easily is the biggest draw that WWE has, Even if he isn't getting 100% of the fans cheering positive for him, Cena remains the companies biggest asset. Now that the WWE will be having their superstars perform exclusively on their respective brands, It means bad news for the brand that doesn't have John Cena on it. The way I see it, The WWE, Are pinning their hopes on this split to break the declining viewership that they have been experiencing over the past years, Plus the fact that the USA channel is threatening to drop SmackDown.

Proof is in the tasting, And they have done this before, To no avail. Back in 2002, The WWE split up the roster for the first time, When they were in the similar situation as they are in now, And that didn't salvage the ratings, It just created more work for the same result. The duelling brands idea is going to be the crippling blow that could ultimately be the end of the reign of dominance of the WWE in the Sports Entertainment world, With fans dropping like flies week after week, The WWE are resorting to old tactics in what is said to be a new Era. What can be done to help the WWE now??

A Miracle... The Draft and split wasn't working from '02 to '11, so they went back to the single roster, And the single roster on two shows isn't working, So they are now going back to the well for a second time, With something that doesn't work and has been proven that doesn't work.
