"Simply put, No.
WWE will not change because Stephanie McMahon and Triple H will most likely keep the same people in the same jobs, IE, writers and creative, who have little to no idea at all of what a wrestling show should be like or it should be presented as, otherwise over 6 hours of wrestling television that is currently being broadcasted would not be filled with over three quarters of talking and sheer stupidity.
This isn't to mention the complete lack of knowledge of pro wrestling that Stephanie McMahon is missing, I mean, if her father Vince Jr didn't have an idea, then what chance does Steph have... I will admit this, Vince knew and knows how to put on a great spectacle, unlike any promotor that has ever lived. His dream of WrestleMania truly changed the business forever, But his idea of what professional wrestling should be is absolute garbage.
Vince's son Shane McMahon in my opinion won't change the company for the better either, as he just seems to live in a pre-gone Attitude Era if you will, where a big spot in a terrible match cancels out the awful ring work. As for Triple H, He seems to put on a front of knowing what he is doing, But one good cook in a kitchen filled with bad chef's isn't going to save the meal. Then again, If reports are true and that WWE NXT lost around 32 million dollars over two years, maybe Triple H being in charge would be like Eric Bischoff and Hulk Hogan's era in TNA Wrestling, Put on great shows without a care for the expenses and almost cripple the company."
