The Fall of World Wrestling Entertainment: Part One: Not creating the future (13/02/2016)

The WWE over the years has had countless opportunities to develop and establish new faces to guarantee the safe future of the company, But they never acted on them. The year 2008 and 2009 was without doubt the greatest lineup of WWE all-stars that there has ever been, With the likes of Shawn Michaels, John Cena, Jeff and Matt Hardy, CM Punk, Edge, Christian, MVP, Chris Jericho, Triple H, Batista, Undertaker, Kane and many more big names taking the helm and filling the majority of the card's slots.

This at the time and in hindsight is one of the best times in WWE's history, But on the other hand, It can be singley put down to why the new Generation of 2008 onwards never existed. When you have an already established list of names taking up the entire match card and even the low card matches, There is no opportunity for new talents to get their time to shine and establish their own names.

Proof that this is an authentic and plausible theory Is that in the 1990's, When the likes of Hogan, Warrior and Savage all left for WCW and the WWF had to find an all new lineup to replace them, There was no older talents blocking up all the opportunitys for the likes of Razor Ramon, Shawn Michaels, Kevin Nash, Bret Hart, Triple H, Steve Austin and The Rock to get their shot at the big time. This could also be attributed to WCW failing to get their young stars ready due to them bringing in and filling up their cards with the older stars of the industry instead of focusing on the young talents who would eventually take over. Now in the prosperous year of 2016, The WWE fans are all getting overwhelmed by the mass signings by the WWE and its NXT brand.

The likes of AJ Styles, Karl Anderson and DOC Gallows, And Shinsuke Nakamura, Austin Aries and many more names from the Indy scene being snapped up. This has happened before and it will happen again. Daniel Bryan and Cesaro were the hot stuff when they made their debuts, Then they were forgotten when the next load came in featuring Kevin Owens, Finn Balor and Hideo Itami, And then of course they would be pushed aside for the likes of Samoa Joe and James Storm, The cycle just goes on and on.
