The Legacy of Bully Ray and Devon in TNA (08/11/2015)

After Making a Name for themselves in ECW and the WWF. The Dudley's became one of the most notorious tag teams of all time with their unique brand of offence, Their Hardcore attitude and their legendary bouts with Matt and Jeff Hardy and Edge and Christian. In 2006, When the Dudley's left the WWE.

They headed over to Total Nonstop Action Wrestling as the rebranded Team 3D to begin a new chapter in their legendary careers. With Epic battles with TNA Legends Beer Money Inc, The Motor City Machine Guns, The Band (TNA's Version of the NWO Wolfpac), The Wolves, and the Hardy's over nearly nine years of epic wars and battles. Whilst many don't appreciate what TNA did for the pair, They accumulated both Tag and Singles titles in the company, With Devon winning the Television Championship, and Bully Ray Winning the TNA World Heavyweight Championship in 2013 by defeating Jeff Hardy at the Lockdown PPV.

The reign was both history making and shocking, as Bully Ray had never won a World Championship in all of his years in the business. The gamble of putting Ray as the top man in the company payed off immensely, With Bully Ray leading the pack with his Ace's and Eights' Brothers by his side. The Storyline of Bully Ray and the Ace's and Eights was a long winded one, But a huge twist came when many months later Ray was revealed as the leader of the masked hooligans who had been raiding and terrorising the Impact Wrestling roster for months.

It single handedly proved that Bully Ray had the potential to not only be one of the biggest Tag Team stars, But a huge Singles star too. Whilst Devon didn't reach the success of his partner, He did have some storylines and a Television Title reign during his last years with the company when Team 3D split up to go into singles careers. When in TNA's big shows in New York City of 2014, Devon Returned to the company to be inducted into the TNA Wrestling Hall of Fame alongside his brother Bully Ray as Team 3D.

Which Ultimately led to an epic series of matches with the Wolves and the Hardy's in a best of Three series. The end of the line for the duo came at Bound for Glory 2014 in Japan, When they teamed again for one last time in TNA against long time Rivals, "The Monster" Abyss and Tommy Dreamer.Although both men had several other involvements with TNA, With Devon facing the "King of Hardcore" Bram, And Bully Ray returning to officiate a world title match, and later becoming the General manager of Impact Wrestling for a few weeks before getting written off TV in a TNA vs GFW storyline.
